Genesis 1:1

In the beginning, GodThe Hebrew word rendered “God” is “אֱלֹהִ֑ים” (Elohim). created the heavens and the earth.

Genesis 2:13

The name of the second river is Gihon. It is the same river that flows through the whole land of Cush.

Genesis 5:2

He created them male and female, and blessed them. On the day they were created, he named them “Adam”.“Adam” and “Man” are spelled with the exact same consonants in Hebrew, so this can be correctly translated either way.
