Matthew 3:10

and now also, the axe unto the root of the trees is laid, every tree therefore not bearing good fruit is hewn down, and to fire is cast.

Matthew 4:1

Then Jesus was led up to the wilderness by the Spirit, to be tempted by the Devil,

Matthew 4:5

Then does the Devil take him to the holy city, and does set him on the pinnacle of the temple,

Matthew 4:8

Again does the Devil take him to a very high mount, and does show to him all the kingdoms of the world and the glory of them,

Matthew 4:10

Then said Jesus to him, 'Go -- Adversary, for it has been written, The Lord your God you shall bow to, and Him only you shall serve.'
